Cellulite Factor ReviewSo what exactly is Dr Charles D.C ‘Cellulite Factor’ guide?

‘Cellulite Factor’ is a comprehensive guide on how to dramatically reduce cellulite, by Dr Charles D.C.

Dubbed the ‘miracle solution’, Cellulite factor teaches you a somewhat unusual tip to reducing visible cellulite without surgery, needles, and painful procedures and is inexpensive. It was actually discovered in East Africa and Arabia over 1000 years ago.

Not only does Cellulite Factor help you reduce the visible signs of cellulite it also helps with a healthy lifestyle plan that can help anyone no matter what physical condition you are in to loose unwanted belly fat. The guide is full of practical advice to help you implement a healthy lifestyle of fitness and nutrition for your body, along with the right mental frame of mind to ensure your success.

I’ve read many books over the last few months on this specific topic (how to get rid of cellulite) and don’t get me wrong, I read some super material.  However this was one of the first guides I read which gave you a natural and pain free way to help alleviate cellulite.

Here’s exactly how the ‘Cellulite Factor’ works:

It begins with measuring your basic statistics; this includes your weight and body fat percentage. You are required to take a photo of yourself and check your clothing so you can monitor your progress, as you apply the principals you will find your clothing getting looser.

Through proven practice of health and fitness principals your goals can be achieved (a healthy and lean body that you can be proud of). The guide mentions early on that a change in eating habits is required to reach your goals. Exercise is just as important as eating healthy foods that encourage energy, metabolism and Cellulite.

Once you and your body have been fueled with natural foods, the guide then goes into some basic cellulite exercises. The guide explains how building muscle is necessary for burning fat. The guide explains how muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue, giving you the advantage that even when you are not working out you are still burning fat. From research it has conducted from all over the world, Cellulite Factor encourages “burst training”, which is alternating between low intensity and high intensity intervals, this helps you decrease the amount of time needed to workout.

There are no pills or supplements required. Cellulite Factor provides an informative and motivational read giving them practical cellulite methods that work.

It’s a 5-Step Cellulite Elimination Process

  • Step 1: Detoxification
  • Step 2: Eating Right for Getting Rid of Cellulite
  • Step 3: Anti-Cellulite Supplements
  • Step 4: The Coffee Grind Wrap Method.
  • Step 5: The Lymph Drink

When you look behind the creator Dr Charles Livingston is a board certified physician, certified wellness practitioner, respected weight loss dietician and has helped over 100,000 people around the world, and is also the creator of fat loss factor (a weight loss diet program), you know you are in great hands.

What are the BAD things about Cellulite Factor?

Just like every product and book I have ever reviewed, nothing is perfect and here are the flaws I noticed after reading Dr Charles’s guide:

–       It’s not an immediate fix, it takes approx. 2 weeks to see the results, so don’t expect an overnight cure. In saying that, 2 weeks is a shorter time frame than say the monthly injections which can take several months.

–       There should be more information on exercise and how it affects cellulite. If you are overweight you will need to lose some weight to get rid of your cellulite.

And how about the GOOD things about Cellulite Factor?

–       There are no injections, surgery, body wraps or herbal creams that need to applied daily for months on end. The guide focuses on your internal body specifically the lymph system.

–       All the facts, myths and suggestions are backed up and explained. It’s completely different from anything you have ever read in this field which separates Dr Charles from the rest of the so called cellulite guru’s out there.

–       Through sensible diet related techniques that will also help make you feel great and even help move some of those stubborn kgs. The guide gets to the core of what cellulite it and gives you a better understanding of how to fight it.

–       Not just one but several anti-cellulite techniques.

–       Its high success rate, most users you have gone through the program have seen huge improvements in their cellulite problem.

Overall, what do I think?

Cellulite Factor, in my eyes is the best non fluff guide on exactly how to fight cellulite.  The guide is packed from start to finish on how to not only reduce or eliminate your cellulite but how to look and feel great along the way.  In fact I’ve learnt a few golden nuggets I could use (and that’s reading 10+ anti cellulite books in the past few months alone!).  When you look at all the other expensive treatments, workouts or creams compared to Cellulite Factor, the main difference is Cellulite Factor actually targets the core cause of cellulite, which is a toxic body. This product actually teaches you how to detoxify your body, which is why it works. If you are currently looking for ways to eliminate cellulite, that are not expensive or painful I definitely feel you should pick Dr Charles’s guide up and read from start to finish!  You won’t regret it!

Hope my webpage has helped you,

5 Exercises That Will Help You Burn Fat And Reduce Cellulite On Your Thighs & Butt

There are a number of different things that can cause cellulite to develop: genetics, gender, retention of fluids, hormonal imbalances, diet, and even skin elasticity. Cellulite is cause by fat cell deposits in the connective tissue, with the end result being unsightly dimples on the surface of the skin. Fat deposits occur all over the body, but it the proximity to the surface of the skin that causes cellulite to create that dimpled appearance. While men rarely ever have cellulite issues, as many as 90% of women will experience it to some extent. The big question then becomes how to get rid of cellulite.

cellulite factor 1Many women believe that liposuction or expensive cellulite creams are the answer, but they very seldom are. There are several steps you can take to reduce the appearance of cellulite, or even get rid of it permanently. The factors that really help in doing so involve achieving hormonal balance by reducing estrogen levels, improving blood circulation, changing your diet to remove foods that can cause cellulite whilst adding the right foods, and reducing fluid retention. Exercise can also help, as it can tone, smooth and firm the areas of your body where cellulite has become an issue. Read on to hear about exercises that can really help you win the battle against cellulite.

You will only need to commit to about 20 minutes per day to do these exercises, making sure to do them at least 3 times per week. The areas that will be targeted are the stomach, hips, and thighs. Before getting started, take a couple of minutes to perform a cardiovascular warm up. This gets the blood pumping and can be achieved by a moderately paced walk, stair climb, or a short haul on a bike. You should up the pace a little as you start to become comfortable. Do this for about 8 minutes before engaging in a slower pace for a 2-minute cool down session.

Cellulite Factor 2The next step is to add in a little strength training by doing a single set of repetitions with a weight that is manageable, but which is heavy enough to actually work out the muscles. Do 10-15 repetitions of these exercises: lunges, dumbbell squat, advanced step-up, scissors press, and the inner thigh squeeze. You will find that your strength will gradually increase, at which point you should work on holding the reps for longer.

One thing you need to remember is that after you complete each of the exercises, you should stretch out the muscles you are working on for about 20 seconds. Once the stretching is complete, head to the next exercise. Once your entire routine has been finished, use the butterfly stretch to stretch out and work your entire body.

It’s worth remembering that these exercises are only one part of what you will need to do in order to get rid of cellulite. You are also going to have to work on getting your weight under control, improving circulation, and eating a healthy, balanced diet. Take some time to learn more about all the things that go in to getting rid of cellulite in order to help speed up the process. All the information you need can be found at cellulite factor.

6 Ways on how Cellulite can be treated

There is some relief from Cellulite. Here I have listed the top 6 ways on how you can treat and minimise the visible signs:-

  1. Losing Weight – As cellulite is created from fatty deposits, it makes sense that losing weight can minimise it. In some cases this has worked and in other case studies it actually worsened due to excess skin.
  2. usng_retinol_creamUsing a Retinol Cream – In a small number of cases using a retinol cream every day for 6 months showed less visible signs of the cellulite. Unfortunately the vast majority shoed no difference at all. The theory behind it was that the retinol cream helped increase the thickness of the skin, in turn helping the coverage of the lumps.
  3. Massage or suction treatment – you can seek treatment at a dermatology clinic. It requires  30 – 40 minute sessions two times a week for 12 – 16 weeks. The theory behind it is the device kneads the skin with a massage and suction combination.  The final results were it did minimise the visual signs, but the cellulite was likely to return after the treatment stopped.
  4. liposuction surgeryLiposuction Surgery – This can be very expensive costing anywhere from $5,000 – $10,000. This is not a proven method as in some cases it has worsened the condition by increasing the skin lumps.
  5. Subcision – Another expensive treatment costing around $3,000 – $4,000 is quite invasive, the procedure takes 90 minutes and results in temporary bruising and swelling. A needle is inserted to cut the connective tissue beneath the skin where the fat deposits are. As this is relatively new there are no studies to determine how effective this is.
  6. MesotherapyMesotherapy – A very controversial procedure that has no approvals, involves injections of liquid called Phosphitidylcholine (Lecithin extract & Sodium Deoxyolate mixture) to dissolve the fat beneath the skin. The FDA has issued warnings on the product saying it is not approved. After affects include a rash and swelling around the injection area and has let to in some cases permanent scarring and skin deformation.

As you can see some of these solutions are very expensive, even painful or plain and simply just don’t work. I know when I was looking around for a product that would work I didn’t want to spend too much and I certainly wasn’t going to have a painful procedure.

If you would like a solution that is cheap, with no procedures and is proven to work the healthy way then read my Cellulite Factor Review.

What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is tiny little lumps and bumps on the skin and usually found around the legs – mainly the thighs, stomach and buttocks, it can also affect the arms and breast. Unfortunately cellulite is much more common in women than it is in men. Most women will do anything to get rid of their cellulite, some go to extreme measures to get the tiny lumps of fat to melt away.

Cellulite_Factor Review_Cellulite is not an illness or medical condition, it is solely cosmetic. It can affect any women at any age, religion or race. It looks like tiny lumps or dimples on the skin, some refer to it looking like orange peel. For some women, cellulite is not that visible to the naked eye and can only be found when the skin is pressed together, for others it can be quite severe affecting the way they dress to try and hide it.

What causes Cellulite?

Cellulite is caused by fatty deposits, they sit alongside tough collagen fibres that are attached to the below muscle. When the fibres are pulled tight or the fatty regions grow larger, the fat deposits can bulge out.

Cellulite can affect thin or overweight people as it is due to the structures of your skin. If you have thin skin or thin skin runs in your family, unfortunately you are more prone to it. It is the luck of your genetics, so if your mum or grandmother had it, you are more likely to have it. A white women has more of a chance of getting cellulite over an Asian women, and the older you get the higher your chances will be of getting it.

Preventative Measures

Although you have no control over whether you get it or not there are some things that you can look at to help reduce how badly you have it. It all comes down to lifestyle choices.

  • Not drinking enough water & fluid retention
  • Not exercising enough
  • Reducing your carbohydrate intake
  • No Yo- Yo dieting
  • Be healthy and prevent an increase in your total body fat
